During my stay, I encountered significant issues with the elevator. It was in such poor condition that I had to use the stairs multiple times, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, my room's heating and AC system was malfunctioning, making my stay uncomfortable. I expected better, especially given the price.

Also, my room had a lingering smell, not quite what you'd expect from a place that claims to be non-smoking. The toilet didn’t quite flush right, causing a bit of awkwardness, if you catch my drift. Plus, the convenience of an accessible ice machine was nonexistent. had to track someone down at the front desk for that. Overall, the lingering odor and elevator issues made it a little uncomfortable.
